Dr. Nabadda's political journey

Dr. Nabadda's political journey is rooted in her family's history with the Democratic Party, which her grandfather headed between 1958_1972

I was an active member of the DP, but in 2021, I joined the People Power movement led by Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu (Bobi Wine), seeking change and a better future for Ugandans.
In August 2022, she officially crossed to the National Unity Platform (NUP) after DP president Norbert Mao signed a cooperation agreement with the National Resistance Movement (NRM) a move she found not in line with her beliefs for democracy.
